I want to get rid of all the imperfections in my body—mainly my fxxxxxx cxxx, but there are other things I’d like to get rid of too like my Adam's apple, my gray hair, my nose, my brow, my balls, my jaw—cis women don't have jaws, right?

Yeah, take my jaw too.

I want facial surgery but I guess I worry it won't be enough, could anything ever be enough to repair a lifetime of hating yourself and your likeness and your existence? Is there any way to fix that through means that aren't: alcohol, drugs, knives?

The knife block does look tempting. I must say.
